Welcome to Annaposh (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Annaposh website, software platform, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using Annaposh, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. About Annaposh

Annaposh is a cloud-based Restaurant Management SaaS platform that provides:
  • POS Billing System
  • QR Code Ordering
  • Menu Management
  • Order Tracking
  • Reports & Analytics
  • Subscription-based software services
Annaposh is intended for restaurant owners, food businesses, and authorized staff.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false or misleading information.

3. Subscription & Payments

Annaposh operates on a subscription-based model.
  • Subscription fees are billed as per the selected plan.
  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay Software Private Limited.
  • Annaposh does not store card or UPI details.
By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay’s terms and policies.
Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of Services.

4. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Subscription cancellations must be requested through the dashboard or via email.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the plan selected and timing of cancellation.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method via Razorpay.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:
  • Use Annaposh for illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the system
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content
  • Misuse payment systems
You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws, including tax and food safety regulations.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of Annaposh is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of your restaurant data.
 However, you grant us permission to process and store data to provide Services.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee:
  • 100% uptime
  • Error-free performance
  • Continuous availability
We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, design, and content related to Annaposh are the intellectual property of the Company.
You may not:
  • Copy or reproduce the software
  • Resell or redistribute without permission
  • Use Annaposh branding without authorization

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Annaposh shall not be liable for:
  • Loss of profits
  • Data loss
  • Business interruption
  • Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the last 3 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to:
  • Suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations
  • Terminate services due to non-payment
  • Discontinue certain features with notice
You may terminate your subscription at any time according to cancellation terms.

11. Third-Party Services
Our Services may integrate with third-party providers such as:
  • Razorpay (payment gateway)
  • Cloud hosting providers
We are not responsible for the performance or policies of third-party services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Annaposh from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:
  • Misuse of the platform
  • Violation of laws
  • Breach of these Terms

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Chhatrapati Sambhjanagar, Maharashtra 

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
