This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for services provided by Annaposh, a cloud-based Restaurant Management SaaS platform.
By subscribing to Annaposh services, you agree to this policy.

1. Subscription-Based Services

Annaposh operates on a prepaid subscription model.
 Users must pay in advance to access features such as:
  • POS Billing System
  • QR Code Ordering
  • Menu Management
  • Reports & Analytics
  • Admin Dashboard
Subscription validity depends on the selected plan (monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc.).

2. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time by:
  • Accessing the account dashboard, OR
  • Sending a cancellation request to: annaposhh@gmail.com
After cancellation:
  • Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No further charges will be applied for future cycles.

3. Refund Policy

A. Subscription Refunds
  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
  • Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate payment or technical billing errors.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of payment.
Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
B. Duplicate or Failed Transactions
If a payment is:
  • Deducted twice
  • Failed but amount debited
  • Incorrectly charged
You must notify us within 7 days of the transaction.
Upon verification, eligible refunds will be initiated.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

All payments are processed securely through:
Razorpay Software Private Limited
If a refund is approved:
  • Refunds will be processed via Razorpay to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on banking partners.
Annaposh is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment networks.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:
  • Change of mind after subscription activation
  • Partial usage of subscription period
  • Failure to use the service
  • Suspension due to violation of Terms of Service

6. Service Disruption

If Annaposh experiences major technical issues resulting in extended service downtime, we may:
  • Offer service credits
  • Extend subscription validity
  • Provide partial refund at our discretion

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a user initiates a chargeback without contacting us:
  • The account may be temporarily suspended during investigation.
  • Users must provide transaction details for verification.
We encourage users to contact support first before raising disputes with the bank.
